Hey Garrett, what exactly is this course?
Well let me tell you... its practically a stroke of genius
What parents are saying about the course
“After only the first time starting this program my 6 year old was immediately able to start producing the correct sound for the letter "L" After trying on our own for so long this was a huge deal! I'm so glad I found this program as it is exactly what I needed to help my child. It's easy and very doable but just importantly it actually works!”
Elizabeth, Utah“At 5 years old my son has already been in speech therapy for a few years. We’ve had lots of techniques used and I will practice with him at home most days. However, I think this level of explaining the “why and how” should be given to all parents. I’ve learned more about technique on this course than I have done in all the previous workshops for parents. It’s fascinating and has given me a new level of understanding. I especially like that you can pick and choose the sound you need to work on.”
Sarah, London“I would highly recommend Garrett's course to anyone who has a child with speech concerns and delays. I have been an early educator in the public schools for 11 years and I learned more about speech from Garrett during his course than I did in those 11 years! He explains the speech process in a way that the average person understands which I loved! After you take his course you will have all the tools you need to quickly embed speech practice formally and informally into your daily routines. Garrett is a lifesaver for parents who have children with speech delays! I hope you too can take his course. I know you will not be disappointed!”
Annie, Minnesota“Garrett's Clearly Speaking course has been instructive and encouraging in our efforts to correct our child's speech. It has helped us become a stronger advocate and champion of our child's speech development and we are thrilled with the changes we have seen! As we've worked with our son using the tools and suggestions outlined in the course, he has found confidence in making the changes needed and he's now correcting his own speech without us prompting. - Megan, North Carolina ”

Is your child still developing their sounds?
Still have have questions about who this course is for?
Well, do you have a child that is not making all of their sounds 100% correct 100% of the time?
Then this course is 100% for you.
Clearly Speaking is easy to try, and very affordable. I personally can't think of a reason to not give it a try? Can you? If so email me. Seriously.
I mean, what have you got to lose?
Oh wait, the money?
Well then here is my sales pitch
- A fair price to see an SLP is $50-$75 per 30 minute session.
- Most private pay clinics require an evaluation ($300-$400) before they will begin providing therapy.
- School based speech therapy is provided through the Special Education program which means they can only work with children performing at or below the 7th percentile.
- Beyond that schools operate on a federally provided timeline. This can mean up to 90 days of waiting from the day you ask for an evaluation until services begin.
So, for the cost of 1 session you can get a toolbox worth of strategies and knowledge. You can get your child started towards improving. For the cost of 1 session you will be making a difference. This is not therapy for those kids who need it, but it can be life changing for every kid. And that goes without mentioning us parents over here pulling our hair out because nobody understands our kid and they can't handle it.
All that being said, I REALLY want you to have this course. I know how much of a difference that it will make for your child, now and later on in life. If you just don’t feel like you can pay the $50 then send me a message through Facebook or Instagram. Let me know how much you can pay and let’s get you started.
FAQs
-
What sounds have specific information included?
1. S - available
2. L - available
3. R - available
These are the 3 sounds that have been requested the most and that children struggle with the most. However, the course has been designed so that 90% of the information is 100% applicable to ALL speech sounds. -
Why are you limiting us to 180 days of access? What is this?
I really want you to be empowered to make change for your kiddo, and I don't want you to wait to get started. What I REALLY don't want you to do is to start, and stop, and start, and stop, and start, and stop, and... That would be so confusing for our kids! So, I'm taking the reins a little and limiting your time to help you get in, get going, and get finished. The course is built to flow with your life so I want to be sure that you do work it in.

What if my child is already seeing an SLP?
Awesome! SLPs are magical creatures that have endured years and years of schooling, continuing education, research, and practice to learn how to help your kiddos communicate better. Your child's SLP certainly can’t be replaced but you CAN help them. This course will teach you how to provide CORRECT home practice to your kiddos in the moments that you are already spending with them. Your SLP only gets to see your child at most a couple times a week. Imagine the difference it would make if you were able to increase the time your child spends working on their sounds by 2 or even 3 times. Your therapy time could potentially be cut way down! Who wouldn’t want that?

What if my school said my child doesn't need speech therapy?
School districts and early intervention programs only have the funding to provide therapy to children who reach a certain level of severity. Just because your child doesn't qualify doesn't mean that speech therapy wouldn't benefit them. Seeing a private practice SLP is always a great idea, after all, they are magical creatures, remember? However, for many people there are waitlists and/or $$$$$$$ standing in the way. This course is a great option to try to help your child get started. Who knows, maybe with a little push your child will figure out how to make the correct sounds before they reach the point where the only option is to see an SLP.
-
What if I am on a waitlist to see an SLP?
Absolutely! Why not help your child get some momentum going in the right direction? This course can always be started on your own and then adapted to work along with your SLP once your child starts therapy.
-
What if I have been advised to "wait it out"?
It is true that some children just take a little longer to get the sounds figured out. However, getting some help will only benefit them and you by lessening the amount of time you all spend stressed out while waiting. The statistics are clear, waiting it out is based on a 50-50 chance. Why would you trust your child's future to a coin toss? Clearly Speaking will provide tips and tricks that you can work into your everyday interactions with your child. Why not see where it goes? The sooner they can be better understood, the happier everyone will be.
-
I'm an SLP, can I use this?
I do not currently have any way to allow a provider to share any of the lessons and the tool does not have a ton of use for SLPs towards their caseload.
